craft sessions for home ed kids
The workshop is the perfect place to bring your child to add more structure to the week. Working on a wide variety of creative projects, the one hour sessions are fun. They provide social interaction with other children. The lessons are calming and can be comforting for children who find it hard to cope in a typical school setting. They encourage growing confidence levels by producing wonderful pieces to take home. Sessions allow the children to explore their imaginations and different techniques used in craft.
Drinks and biscuits are provided. Parents and carers are welcome to stay or drop off. There is free parking directly next to the workshop.
The group sessions are on Thursday mornings 10.30am until 11.30am and cost £10 pp for each workshop. Fees are paid each term before the start of term. However, the first session is a a trial to make sure that you and your child are happy to continue with us. The trial session is a single payment of £10 with the rest of the term to be paid for before the date of the next session. Individual workshops for very anxious children can be arranged also.
The workshops are suitable for children of school age. We are sorry but because the cabin is a small, active workshop, it is not safe for very young siblings to come along to wait. Older siblings are welcome to wait with the parent if they would like to. Thank you.
Currently our home ed sessions are full. To add your child’s name to the home ed waiting list, please complete the form below. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available. Thank you.
